Over 40,000 staff members from Network Rail and thirteen train operators intend on walking out, over three days next week: Tuesday, June 21; Thursday, June 23; and Saturday, June 25.
The National Union of Rail, Maritime and Transport Workers (RMT) called the three 24-hour strikes, in dispute of working conditions, redundancies and pay.
London North Eastern Railway (LNER) have announced changes to services and will be running around 38% of usual trains over these dates.
